Greg Lockwood joined Treanor Pope & Hughes as a partner in May, 2000.   Prior to that, Greg was a principal with Miles & Stockbridge.  He has extensive trial and appellate experience both representing and defending clients in medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, serious personal injury, and in diverse products liability and toxic tort litigation such as asbestos, lead, DES, hand-arm vibration and hearing loss.  Greg also represents lending institutions and clients in commercial and consumer litigation, and national class action litigation.

Prior to joining Treanor Pope & Hughes, Greg also worked as a legislative assistant to United States Senator Charles McC. Mathias, Jr., and was a research analyst at the Maryland State and Department of Legislative Reference.

Greg has received an “AV”® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Greg enjoys coaching youth basketball, and still plays in a competitive league.  He also is an avid runner, having completed 7 marathons.  He lives in Baltimore with his wife and two children.
